Rania has a background in real estate and marketing. She’s the founder of COVR, a startup shaped by her global perspective after living in Italy. She’s also worked in marketing for dermatology firms and is currently pursuing her real estate license.

Spoorthi is passionate about sustainability, community impact, and finding creative ways to make a difference. She currently serves as the Marketing Officer for Clothes Bin and hopes to develop Re‑Play in college, an initiative donating refurbished sports gear to underserved communities.
